FAQ's and possible solutions
1. When I am trying to access an area in Data Director I am getting a page can not be displayed error.
- This problem appears to be caused by a building internet connection problem.
- We are working to resolves this.
- Many have found the following work around helpful.
- Step One. Locate the address bar in your browser and highlight the numbers 98 in the internet address
- 2. Step Two. Delete the numbers 98 and press enter...the page you are trying to access should reload.
- The 98 will reappear, and the desired page should reappear with it.

2. When I am trying to Scan my tests the scanner is not accurately reading the student number, or misreads a certain area on the scan sheet.
- Check to see of the scanner needs re- calibrated (link located below)
- If the scanner is calibrated correctly, the scanner may need to be cleaned.

3. I forgot my username and password...
Data Director usernames should match your Infinite Campus username for example John Smith = smithjo
Data Director passwords should always match DMPS email passwords.
Exceptions...
If you change your name, please use the contact Mike link below so the we can update Data Director.
If you change your email password it will update in Data Director overnight (so your new password will work the following day)
