DMPS at the Iowa State Fair!
DMPS will have a booth in the East Grandstand at the Iowa State Fair to register returning students for the 2016-17 school year. The booth will also be used to for employee recruitment, student re-engagement, and community outreach. Considering the time of year, we plan to staff the booth mainly with central office staff. If you are interested in working at the booth, please contact Mary Grinstead. Iowa Assessments Reports
Please send these reports to families: Profile Narrative, Reading Performance Summary, and Mathematics Performance Summary. Staff will not need to place the Student Score label on cum folders since cum folders will be electronic. You will receive a Class Item Response Record electronically at a later date. Elementary CSA's
The number of scores entered into Infinite Campus for the Literacy Writing Posttest 15-16 (Grades 3-5) and the Writing End of Year (Grades 1-2) tests has been decreased. You will no longer enter the scores for the individual components (Conventions, Ideas, etc). Instead you will add up the points on each component and enter the total points. Enter the raw score for the math and literacy tests and not the percent. Please refer to the Scoring Reference Guide. Contact Cindy Slinger with questions. The Welcome Center is Moving!
The Welcome Center is moving to 2100 Fleur on May 23. Therefore, we will be closed to registrations on May 23 and 24. Please refer any families seeking enrollment to the new location starting on May 25. Effective May 16, the Welcome Center will stop taking registrations for the 2015-16 school year. After that date we will only take information for the 2016-17 school year. |

WAIT. WHAT?
Dear Data Diva, Not everyone on my T1 Behavior team has access to the T1 Behavior Tableau Report. What do I do? -Mediation Maven
Mediation Maven,
Access to Tableau reports is based on the staff member’s job code. Many T1 Behavior teams include people with job codes that identify them as a member of a LARGE pool of people. These groups do not automatically get access to T1 reports like the Principals, VPs, SIL, Deans, Behavior Coaches, Success or Counselors. If you want the other members on your T1 Team to have access to the T1 Behavior Tableau reports, please click HERE to request the additional access be granted. This form is different from the IC Rights request.
Sincerely,
Data Diva
