WAIT. WHAT?
Dear Data Diva, The scheduling season is upon us and things are getting hectic. This year there are more people making changes to next year’s schedules for students. If I am working in the Schedule wizard how do I make sure I am working with the most up to date information? Will I constantly need to be refreshing the Wizard to pull in the changes being made in the live application? I don’t want my staff to have to do double work. --Super Scheduler
Dear Super Scheduler,
Fear not! In the past this was an issue, but it is an issue no more! Previously changes being made in the live application would not be available in the wizard until you closed down the wizard and logged back in. Very time consuming and cumbersome. Well I have great news for you. With the latest update to Infinite Campus, a warning message is displayed for anyone trying to make changes while you are in the active trial in the Wizard.

No one can change the data while you are working on the master schedule. Once you have finished your work in the wizard and shut it down, your staff will be able to make changes in the live application. This means that the scheduling wizard will always have the most up to date data.
