12.22.22 - ACHIEVE IEP System Data and Tableau Dashboards
With the transition to the new statewide IEP system, DMPS is not yet able to access data out of ACHIEVE for reporting purposes. Therefore, reports depended on data from the statewide IEP system are not being updated. We continue to work to access the ACHIEVE IEP system data and hope to update these reports in the near future.

12.1.22 - NEW Employee Attendance Dashboard
This report has been created to provide school leaders with real-time employee attendance data for Fiscal Year 2023.
Report Name: Employee Attendance Dashboard
Location: Attendance Folder
Description / Question Answered: This report displays Fiscal Year 2023 year-to-date employee attendance rates and detail. Data is grouped by location, ethnicity, and reason for absence. Day of the week attendance rate trends and count of year-to-date full days absent are displayed with the option to view employee detail.
Who Has Rights: School Principals and Network Directors have access to view their schools only. Talent and Personnel Managers have rights to view all schools and departments

These reports have been redesigned with cascading measures from the district-level goals that were reset in the fall of 2022.
Report Name: School Goals: 2022-2023 Reset
Location: Board Goals & Multi-Indicator Reports Folder
Description / Question Answered: This report includes all cascaded measures for district goals 1, 2, and 3 by school with unique measures at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Targets through 2025-26 are included to inform if schools are on track for each goal measure. The report also includes Iowa School Performance Profile information for each school. For more information: Supporting Documentation
Who Has Rights: School staff (administrators and teachers) have rights to view their school only. District-level staff have rights to view all schools
