WAIT. WHAT?
Dear Data Diva,
My staff really loves how the system logs all the class messages sent by teachers. It makes it easy to see how often and what type of information is being sent to parents about their students. This also gives our building teams useful information when deciding how best to help a student.
BUT……. My staff also sends out missing assignment and failing grade messages. Other teachers, MTSS staff, and study hall monitors would be able to use that information to see how students are doing in their classes and help students decide where they need assistance or what they need to work on for class. Is there a way to get this logged too?
Sincerely,
Just One More…
Dear Just One More,
You must be a mind reader! Our little worker bees have been busy working on the process to log the missing assignment and failing grade messages. The process is currently in the testing phase. Barring any real issues, we plan to have it up and running a pilot before the end of the 17-18 year. This will give us time to tweak the process, polish it up, and be ready for use during summer school.
As Always,
Data Diva
